A Personal Story About: Camp Beausite Northwest

Camp Beausite Northwest is an incredible camp that our Couple of Socks Founders send their Adult daughter to, numerous times a year, year after year, she loves Camp Beausite that much. Camp Beausite was founded in 1989 and they are mission driven to provide an inclusive camp experience for people with Special Needs and their families. Their purpose is simple. To provide social, emotional, and educational outdoor experiences for people who would not otherwise have this opportunity. Additionally, they simultaneously provide respite for their families. A component of the disabilities world that is heavily needed and rarely found.

Please take a moment to look at this incredible camp, send your loved one there for life changing experiences, send the camp a few dollars each month. Make a difference in people’s lives, a significant difference.

An amazing non-profit
Special Olympics- WA

The Special Olympics is a global organization that empowers individuals with intellectual disabilities through year-round sports training and competition, promoting inclusion and acceptance. A sock company that employs people with disabilities would align with the Special Olympics' mission by supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, fostering empowerment, and celebrating their abilities through both work and sport.
